April has been an incredibly productive month at ChatLab! Our team was working hard on over 15 new features. We're excited to announce that this dedication has yielded a significant number of innovative new features designed to enhance your experience.

Configurable context size up to 32k

We already have three different context size options! 8 000 tokens, 16 000 tokens and right now even 32 000 tokens! It allows you for better conversations with AI models.

Client & Conversation Summaries

Client and conversation summaries are available for our clients in Standard & Premium Plans. AI summarizes conversations and builds client profiles for personalized responses. Chatbot can use knowledge from previous conversations.

Chatbot Memory

Conversation and client summaries are used by the chatbot memory to provide better responses in your chatbot. This update will result in more relevant answers in your conversations.

GDPR - privacy policy for human contact form

Enabling Privacy Policy consent for Human Support ensures that users explicitly agree to your Privacy Policy before they can request to be transferred to a human support agent within the chat, further safeguarding user privacy and adhering to regulations.

Sharing options

When sharing the chatbot, now you can set access level - you can choose between full admin access and limited access where users can only review chatlogs and improve the training.

Smart text lead detection

This feature identifies emails, phone numbers and names by tracking the conversation in real time and analyzing message text . It also creates leads that you can export for yourself.

Lead collector role

“Lead Collection Agent” is our new predefined role which has a dedicated prompt to text lead collection. In Role & Behaviour settings you can choose right now between three different predefined roles: Customer Support, Sales and Lead Collection Agent.

New AI models are available!

We launched new AI models this month dedicated to our customers. GPT 4.1, GPT 4.1 mini and Gemini Flash 2.5 are our next models!

AI driven lead collection

This feature offers AI-driven triggers for presenting lead collection forms. You can provide custom instructions for your chatbot when it should show form with lead collection.

Lead daily reports

Our new feature will create daily email reports about your leads.

Show welcome message bubbles

To help our service's clients locate the chat on their website, we can personalize the delay, in seconds after the page loads, before the welcome message appears in the bubble above the chat widget icon

Privacy Policy Consent management

We have built a central place to manage the client consent settings, you can now select for which interaction you want the chatbot to request acceptance of your company’s privacy policy.

New option for collecting leads

You can show lead collection form for your users on conversation start. This form is mandatory and you need to fill in your name/email/phone number if you want to start the conversation. It’s our fourth way of collecting leads in ChatLab.
