May has been another incredibly productive month at ChatLab! Our team was working hard on a significant number of exciting new features. We're thrilled to announce that this dedication has yielded a powerful array of innovative improvements designed to elevate your experience even further.

Daily Summary Email

Our new daily email summary brings you absolute clarity on your chatbot's activity from the past 24 hours. You get information about leads, messages, credits, and AI-generated Conversation Insights! Just go to your Account Settings -> Daily Activity Reports to enable this report.

Integration with Wix E-commerce Stores

Integrate your ChatLab chatbots seamlessly with your Wix e-commerce sites. The chatbot helps Wix store customers with searching for products and getting updates on their orders' details.

Integration with CS-Cart

You can now integrate ChatLab with CS-Cart stores. The ChatLab AI Agent helps users in searching for products and is also able to provide information about users' orders.

AI Insights & Summaries in Your Language

Users can now choose the language of AI insights and conversation summaries. Just go to the Advanced settings of your chatbot to choose the language you want.

Scraping Improvements

A feature named "Exclude image links" helps users by removing all image links from the training dataset. Another enhancement is that ChatLab can scan nested sitemaps.

View Sources

The new button in the "Training" section allows customers to see what was really scanned during the training process. Thanks to this tool, we can easily identify why our page had this specific number of characters and what content was exactly scanned.

Live Chat Improvements

Admins can now close the live chat. A new confirmation dialog preventing accidental disconnection has been added for users.

Timestamps in Chatlogs

You can see a timestamp for each message in the chatlogs.
