Understand your customer journey better. The system now automatically captures webpage URLs where leads originated, giving you valuable insights for marketing attribution and conversion optimization. (Select Bot > Leads > Source URL column shows originating webpage)

Welcome Message Bubble Customization
Take control of your first impression. Configure welcome message bubbles separately for desktop and mobile devices with improved appearance settings and layout options. (Bot Settings > Appearance > Welcome Message Bubbles > Show on Desktop/Mobile)

Multiple Contact Email Support
Distribute customer inquiries efficiently across your team. Configure multiple email addresses for human contact forms to ensure the right team members get the right messages. (Bot Settings > Human Support > Contact Emails - enter multiple emails separated by commas)

Plus, improved file validation provides better feedback during uploads. (Training > any web training action now processes in background with email updates)

Access your complete performance story. We've removed the previous 1-month limitation, giving you unlimited access to historical data for comprehensive performance analysis. (Analytics > date range picker now allows full history access)

Overview Tab Redesign
Experience a completely redesigned bot management interface with improved navigation and enhanced analytics display that makes managing your bots more intuitive than ever. (Select Bot > Overview)

Team Management Tab
