AI Conversation insights
For users with a paid subscription, the AI Conversation Insights section provides AI-generated insights from recent conversations. This summary is generated automatically every seven days. You can change the language of the AI Conversation Insights in the chatbot settings in the “Model & Advanced” section.
The AI Conversation Insights includes:

Lack of Knowledge Areas: Highlights areas where your chatbot lacks knowledge based on user interactions.

Most Frequently Asked Questions: Identifies the most common questions asked by users.

Key Insights: Provides other important observations from conversation transcripts, such as user sentiment or recurring issues.
You can also receive AI Conversation Insights via email. Go to Account Settings > Reports where you have two options:
- Daily reports - receive a daily email with your chatbot's activity from the past 24 hours, including AI-generated insights updated once a week
- Weekly reports - receive a weekly summary email on your preferred day of the week with a digest of chatbot activity and AI insights
Both report types can be enabled per chatbot and sent to multiple email addresses. You can choose the preferred day for weekly reports (Account Settings > Reports > Weekly).
