How to setup Conversation Rating

What is it for?

Conversation rating is a feature that allows users to provide feedback on their interactions with the chatbot. It serves as a valuable tool for measuring user satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement in the chatbot's performance. By enabling this feature, you can gather insights into how well your chatbot is meeting user needs and expectations, helping you refine and enhance its capabilities over time.

Where can i find it?

From the main ChatLab administration page, select Chatbots in the main menu, click on selected chatbot, select Settings and scroll down to Conversation settings, then find Conversation rating.

How to turn it on?

Click the button next to it:

User’s perspective

When conversation rating is enabled, like and dislike buttons appear to the customer. If he chooses to click on one of them, the message “User has given a positive rating” or “User has given a negative rating” is displayed.

Searching chatlogs with ratings

You can search messages and chatlogs based on their rating.
