Free rooms for the dates
The guest gives a date range and the number of guests, written any way they like, and the agent returns the rooms that are free for those dates with prices and a booking link per room.
One room, one answer
The guest asks about a specific room, by name or as Beds24 knows it, and gets availability and pricing for the requested dates, plus a booking link.
Direct booking, not a portal
With your booking URL format set, every answer carries a link to your own booking page with the room and dates already filled in, so the guest who came to compare prices books with you.
Read-only, token renews itself
ChatLab exchanges the invite code once and renews the access token before it expires. The integration only reads properties and inventory, it never creates or changes a booking in Beds24.

Generate an invite code in Beds24
In your Beds24 control panel open Settings, Marketplace, API, generate an invite code and select the read:properties and read:inventory scopes. Note the Property ID of the property the chatbot should answer for.

Connect Beds24 in ChatLab
Open your bot, go to Connect, pick Beds24 and paste the invite code and the Property ID. Optionally add your booking URL format with the room id, arrival and departure placeholders so answers carry clickable booking links.
