AI Conversation insights

For users with a paid subscription, the **AI Conversation Insights **section provides AI-generated insights from recent conversations. This summary is generated automatically every seven days. You can change the language of the AI Conversation Insights in the chatbot settings in the ā€œModel & Advancedā€ section.

The AI Conversation Insights includes:

  • Lack of Knowledge Areas: Highlights areas where your chatbot lacks knowledge based on user interactions.

  • Most Frequently Asked Questions: Identifies the most common questions asked by users.

  • Key Insights: Provides other important observations from conversation transcripts, such as user sentiment or recurring issues.

You have access to AI Conversation Insights also on your email. You need to enable this function in your ā€œAccount Settingsā€. Thanks to this function you will get everyday email with daily report of your chatbots and once a week AI generated insights.
