Property search by description

A cabin by the lake for six, an apartment with a pool and parking: the agent matches the guest's words against your property descriptions and shows the ones that fit as cards with photo, capacity and price.

Availability and quotes for the dates

Checks the calendars in Hostfully for the guest's dates and party size and shows the free properties with the price for the stay and a booking link per property.

One property, one answer

The guest asks about a specific property and gets a straight answer: free or not, which dates are taken if it is not, and the price for their number of guests.

Booking request into Hostfully

The agent collects the property, dates, adults and children and the guest's name, e-mail and phone, confirms them and creates a lead in your Hostfully account. The guest gets a reference, your team takes it from there.

Reservation status

A guest who already booked gives the reservation reference and the agent reads the status, property, guest name and dates from Hostfully.

  1. 01

    Copy your API key and Agency UID

    In Hostfully click your company name and open Agency Settings. The API key is in the API Key section, the Agency UID at the bottom of the page. If you do not see an API key, ask Hostfully support to enable API access.

  2. 02

    Connect Hostfully in ChatLab

    Open your bot, go to Connect, pick Hostfully and paste the key and the Agency UID. Choose the content language for descriptions and, optionally, your booking URL format so answers carry links with the dates filled in.

  3. 03

    Decide about booking requests and add the widget

    Get properties, Find available properties, Check availability and Get reservation status are on from the start. Enable Create booking request in Settings, Actions when you want leads from the chat, then paste the snippet from Add to Website into your site.
