What the agent does

Every answer comes from your live Hotres data at the moment the guest asks, not from a page you have to keep updating.

Apartment search by description

An apartment for four with a balcony, a studio near the beach: the agent matches the guest's words against your apartment descriptions and shows the ones that fit as cards with photo and a link to the apartment page.

Checks live availability in Hotres for the guest's dates and party size and shows the free apartments with the price for the stay and a booking link for each.

Alternatives when the dates are full

When the requested apartment is taken or the stay is shorter than the minimum, the agent does not stop at no: it proposes other apartments on the guest's dates or the same apartment on nearby dates that meet the minimum stay.

Special offers flagged

The agent compares the rate for the dates with your main pricelist and tells the guest when the price is a special offer, so a promotion is never missed.

Direct booking, not a portal

Every answer carries a link to your own Hotres booking page with the dates and the apartment already filled in, so the guest who came to compare prices books with you.

  1. 01

    Gather your Hotres details

    From your Hotres account collect the API key, the Object ID of your property and the exact name of your main pricelist. Note the address of your booking page with placeholders for the check-in date, check-out date and apartment tag.

  2. 02

    Connect Hotres in ChatLab

    Open your bot, go to Connect, pick Hotres and paste the key, the Object ID, the pricelist name and the booking URL format. ChatLab checks the connection on the spot.

  3. 03

    Switch on the actions and add the widget

    In Settings, Actions enable Get apartments, Check apartment availability and Find available apartments and adjust their instructions if you like, then paste the snippet from Add to Website into your site.
