Every plan has a product limit and it is printed on the card. Above it, AI Search product packs add 5,000 products for $29 a month and stack as high as your catalogue goes. The limit exists because ChatLab keeps its own index of your catalogue - names, variants, prices and stock - instead of reading your store page by page. That index is what lets the assistant find "a red dress under $100" and say whether it is in stock.
