ChatLab for MessengerEvery message to your Page, answered
Connect your Facebook Page and the AI agent answers every Messenger conversation: product questions, prices, opening hours, order status. One Facebook login, no tokens, and the Page stays yours.
No credit card required
Why answer on Messenger. It is where your Page already gets its questions.
The Message button on your Page, an m.me link, an ad that opens a chat: they all end in the same inbox. The agent answers it at once.
An answer while the customer is still there
People who message a Page expect a quick reply. The agent answers in seconds, at night and on weekends too.
Every way into your inbox is covered
Whoever writes to your Page from the Message button, an m.me link or an ad gets an answer at once, so the traffic you worked for is not left waiting.
No new app for the customer
They write from the Facebook or Messenger app they already have, and the conversation stays in their inbox with your answers and links.
One agent on every channel
Messenger uses the same training, the same AI model and the same integrations as your website chatbot. Train it once, update it in one place.
Billed like any other conversation
Every reply on Messenger uses your message credits exactly like a reply in the website widget.
Your Page stays yours
You connect with a Facebook login and never handle tokens. Disconnect at any time and the conversation history stays in ChatLab.
What the agent does on Messenger.
Answers from your own knowledge
The agent answers from the website, files and Q&A you trained it on, not from the open internet.
80+ languages
The customer writes in their language and gets the answer in the same one. No separate bot per market.
Product cards in the conversation
Products and offers arrive as a row of cards the customer swipes through: photo, name, price with a short description and a View button that opens the product page.
Orders and stock from your systems
With a store connected, the agent checks availability and order status at the moment of the answer.
Every conversation in your chat history
Messenger conversations land in Chatlogs next to the widget ones, marked with a Messenger icon, ready to review.
Messenger is a text channel. Attachments, stickers and reactions are ignored, in-chat forms and voice conversations stay in the website widget, and live chat takeover from the ChatLab panel is not yet available for Messenger.
