June was all about building the updates you requested. Here’s a summary of what we’ve accomplished:
Dynamic Suggested Follow-Ups
This is an entirely new way to communicate with chatbots. We’ve developed a system that allows users to maintain a conversation without typing. You can now resolve issues step-by-step using intelligent button suggestions, making support faster and more intuitive.
New Analytics View
We’ve significantly improved the design of the analytics section. The new layout is clear, modern, and easy to read - and that’s one of the most important aspects when working with data.
GPT o3 and o3 mini
New models have arrived at ChatLab. GPT o3 and GPT o3 mini are now available to our clients. They bring enhanced performance and reliability.
Simulate Human Typing
This feature enhances chatbot interactions by mimicking natural human typing, including short pauses while generating responses and splitting messages in a more natural way. The result is a more realistic and engaging experience.
Generate Leads on Live Chat
Capturing leads has never been easier. To start a conversation via Live Chat, users are now required to enter their name and email address.
Notifications When an Operator Joins
Users will now receive a notification when a human operator joins a Live Chat session. This ensures they are clearly informed when speaking with a real person.
Timeout to Close Live Chat
You can now set a timeout for the operator to join the Live Chat - from 30 to 600 seconds. If no operator joins within the selected time, the user will be redirected to a Human Support Contact Form.
Training in background
Training in the background offers you a unique experience. While you are waiting for your training to be completed, you can do whatever you want and your training will not be paused or disconnected. It’s the new way to train your website.
