We have introduced a new set of plans for new accounts. If you already have a Basic, Standard or Premium subscription, nothing changes for you.
If you are on Basic, Standard or Premium
- Your price stays the same. We are not changing what you pay.
- Your features and limits stay the same. Nothing is removed from your plan or moved to an add-on.
- Your add-ons stay available. Everything you could buy on top of your plan before, you can still buy: extra message credits, extra chatbots and users, training characters, integrations, voice and the rest.
- You do not have to migrate. We will not move your account to a new plan and we will not push you to do it.
What is new for new accounts
New accounts choose one of three plan families, each with the same paid levels: Start, Grow and Scale. The E-commerce and Universal families also have a Free plan.
- E-commerce - for online stores. These plans come with a dedicated setup wizard for connecting a shop and include the product catalog searched by AI Search, product cards, order status and the other shop features.
- Hospitality - for hotels, apartments and rentals. These plans come with a dedicated setup wizard for booking systems and include the hotel integrations.
- Universal - for every other business. There is no dedicated wizard here, but the same add-ons are available, so a Universal account can still add shop integrations or AI Search when it needs them.
How the new levels relate to the old plans
- Universal Start is the counterpart of Basic
- Universal Grow is the counterpart of Standard
- Universal Scale is the counterpart of Premium
They are counterparts, not copies. The contents of each level were rearranged and adjusted, so a new plan does not include exactly what its older counterpart does. The full list for every family is on the pricing page.
The Agency package is now an add-on
On the new plans the agency package is no longer part of the top plan. It is an add-on available on Universal Grow and Universal Scale, and it gives your clients a branded portal on your own domain. See how the Agency program works.
Your Premium plan already includes the agency features, and you keep them as they are.
Add-ons
Add-ons work the same way on every plan, old and new: they stack on top of your plan, are billed with it, and you can add or remove them at any time on the Subscription page.
